OWN AVOD Streaming App
I led the design of the Watch OWN app, giving viewers more ways to connect with OWN’s television programming. By making the network’s series accessible across Roku, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, Chromecast, Android, and iOS, we expanded reach and increased audience engagement beyond traditional broadcast.
Discovery+ Migration of OWN Content
When Discovery expanded its AVOD and SVOD offerings, I led the transition of OWN content into the Discovery+ platform. My role included overseeing asset migration, design integration, user settings, and promotional strategy to ensure a seamless shift. Because of the strong performance of the standalone Watch OWN app, I also directed efforts to maintain it alongside Discovery+, allowing both platforms to run in tandem and maximize audience reach.
